Dear valued clients,

Thank you for your continued support, especially through these last two difficult years, as we all
navigated the nuance of COVID-19.
As the Oregon state regulations regarding COVID-19 protocols change, we too will be updatin
our protocols. We are currently opening our exam rooms for scheduled consultations and post
operative patient discharges. Clients will need to remain masked when inside the building and
any time they are interacting with our team members. Curbside will continue for all procedure
check-ins, as well as anyone requesting curbside services. Our lobby will remain minimally
open.
For clients choosing to be present in the exam room for their pet’s dental consultation, please
call/ text (503-292-4533), or check-in with our receptionist at the front desk. Once in the exam
room, we ask that the accompanying pet parent remain in the exam room until the consultation
has ended.
We understand that the mask mandate has been lifted for the majority of businesses as of
3/12/22. However, with the proximity in which we work with one another, we cannot disregard
the concern for transmission. If an outbreak were to occur amongst our team, we would likely
need to cancel or delay procedures until an appropriate amount of team members were
available to safely manage patient care. We will continue to require appropriately worn masks
for our team as well as those interacting with our team.
